 I've had a really interesting discussion with a psychologist specialized in NLP - assesment and therapy/training.

He managed to be very convincing as to how much NLP can help an employer test and train his employees, and how beneficial that will be for the employees as well.

Now, that my enthusiasm wore off, I'd like to find out more "cold" opinions about this, and whether it would or not be a good idea to use this in my company.
