 Hi Ya'all

My nails are taking on this green color. I don't know what it is.

I seacrhed online and found something about Trichophyton rubrum, some kind of fungi that causes nail discoloration.

How can I tell if this is the cause?

And please tell me there is something natural I can use to get rid of it!!!!!???
