My first vertebrae doesn't even move now. One moves back but not forward and another moves forward but not back.

I have been to therapists for years, and nothing has worked.

I need some kind of yoga or reflexology or something that will give me relief.

This is extra painful as it effects not just me neck and head, but my runs down my arms, my back and tightens up the muscles over my hips.

Please I will welcome any alternative ideas here.
