Autistic children in Japan

I have been teaching Online since last 3 years. My student is Clinical Psychologist. She is in Korea. Working with a recognised organisation, treament to Autistic patients.

I was just searching for the information on the topic. I found that particularly in Japan, the rate of Autistic patients (children) is increasing. I wonder what treatment is being given to these children. What is the exact percentage of Autistic patients in Japan. What steps are being taken by the Government to control the advancing rate of Autistic patients in Japan.

If the need be, I am interested to do some volunteer work for such patients.

Suggestions, guidance is solicited.
