Hello to everybody on the forum!! I saw I have a problem with my eyes, since I don't sleep at nights;only 4-5 hours and I stay in front of the computer for many hours in a row. My vision is blurred, my eyes get tired real fast, they sometimes hurt or tear, and they very often give me headaches. Actually I wear eye glasses,but they seem for the moment useless. hope you can give me an advice...what to do. The eye doctor just gave me some Visine drops, that don't bring any improvement, and said that my eyes seem fine to him.  |
