Just finished reading it.

(For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, I refer to Caroline Myss' book)

It's too fresh in my head, and I'm still under its influence. That's why I'd like some cold opinions, from people who digested all this already.

Can a book or, more to the point, reading a book, change your life and enhance your human abilities? Or I'm just too wound up in it now?

An interesting and valid approach is, in my opinion, the explanation about the allopathic medicine, that considers the patient some kind of unfortunate, innocent victim that fell random prey to disease and is treated as such. Healing is an active process, and just laying in bed and waiting for some chemical molecules to do the job for you just isn't enough.

I've learned for the first time about the Sefirot, Sacraments and Chakras as a healing unity. Don't know what to think on that one.

Do we heal, or does medicine heal us?
