I know for many of you including myself,it's going to be a trying year this year for christmas.I am on disability and we wont get a cost of living increase this year.So Christmas for my three kids is going to be kind of slim this year.I have to pay over $400 a month for my meds.and that doesnt leave much for anything else. I used to hate Christmas so much because I had a very abusive step-father!!!I never received anything for Christmas While (his daughter) would have a truck load of gifts.This lasted for over 12 years.Then he died,and I was diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma.God was trying my patience and I preservered! I live for my kids and my fiance Beth.If it wasnt for their love I dont think it would be as easy for me to carry on! |
