Why wear a ribbon?

MDJunction to me

jpcrps"When I found MD Junction, I was in the beginning stages of RSD/CRPS. I was scared, lacked knowledge about the condition, and felt very alone.

MD Junction changed all of that for me. I found friendship and terrific information from people who had first-hand knowledge of this syndrome. It was and still is a big part of my life.

MDJ was my first step on the journey of grief; from denial to acceptance. I am now inspired to help others by sharing this amazing site and sharing my own experiences. I am very impressed that one forum site can provide hope and inspiration to people suffering from so many different conditions. I am proud to be a part of this community.

Having had the triple by-pass surgery for clotting of the arteries there are several things I learned. The cardiologist is not truthful concerning the arteries being blocked by cholesterol. Cholesterol is a money maker for the sales of the Statin drugs. The actual blockage that I had was from the deterioration of the body bones which happens as we age. Calcium wanders through the arteries and where it sticks to the wall of the arteries and forms plac. It cuts off blood flow. The lie of the cardiologist is that they know that cholesterol is soluble and so Statin drugs is used. It,s a money maker. There is an abundency of cholesterol in a damaged heart as the intent of cholesterol is too protect the heart and repair holes that may appear in the arteries wall. It's for maintaining the arteries as well as other functions in the body. The brain has an abundance of Cholesterol and it's needed for memory and protection of the brain. PLAVIX and STATIN drugs have a limited purpose, if any, considering that other drugs are better and have less side effects in regulation and control of cholesterol and blood flow. Of concern should be the control over society by medicine and psychiatry and lets not overlook the agricultural foods that produce nutrients, minerals, vitamins and amino acids. We know about the essential amino acid "Tryptophan" and it's regulation by the FDA in the same time frame as the pharmaceutical drug "Prozac" entered the market place.
