hey Shutter, go online and look up the dyi program called gardening by the yard, it's for those with limited space, just type gardening by the yard into your search browser like google.. Pot (pot as in planters) gardens are always a good way to go, and they have these containers where you can grow your herbs right in the kitchen, we don't get delivery, lol, but do get the chance to go into the field and get them ourselves, only problem with the U-pick is they charge as much as the people who pick them for you.

Might look up the gardening by the yard myself as I will not have a lot of space either, theres a great big field behind us, but I am not going to rent a tiller to use the space, and being a trailer park, I don't know where the waterlines and septic drains are..lol..

Thanks Carmen. I will look it up and my hubby has had past experience with growing tomatoes in a bachelor apartment before and it was quite the success. He used large containers but grew peppers as well. They thrived nicely without taking up much room. It was just a matter of waiting out my current state of health, now I am more mobile.

With a move in our future then I will sort that out first then look into adding more veggies to grow. But I appreciate the point in the right direction, Carmen. TY.

I can't wait to have such a lovely smell in the apartment. The basil is fragrant and the cats stop by everyday and give a sniff lol.

**On another note, how is your mom doing during her recovery, Carmen? When you can, let us know.

SKing...Your anniversary evening sounds wonderful. I am glad you had a relaxing evening. Sounds like you had good food and good company .

Congrats again. MMMM..peach turnovers..

May everyone have minimal pain this week. Hugs to all.
