They had another 7.4 earthquake this morning and another tusnami warning... keep them in your thoughts for the day.. I know I am.

I am not a medical professional (even though sometimes I think I am lol ) all of my advise is based on my own experiences or research I have found on the internet. Please discuss all treatments with your doctor prior to starting them.
