Just thought I'd stop by and celebrate 2 yrs SVR. It's been an interesting road and one still full of challenges (end stage cirrhosis) but I'm SVR!!!!!

Everyone who is out there and on treatment stay positive! I did 26 wks treatment with peg/rib and although it was miserable I feel wonderful now. It took about a full year for me to get back to my old self but it was sooooo worth it. I still protect myself and everyone else when dealing with any blood issues but I don't worry about dying anymore. I think that's the best part. Getting through treatment with end stage cirrhosis was tough but I did it. Grin Grin Grin

I wish you all the best and if I can be of any help to anyone out there just holler. I'm not going to let the cirrhosis beat me either.

I'm stronger than the diseases - I can do this!!!

Grin Thank you all for being there a couple years ago when I was in my own hell. I don't know what I would have done if I couldn't have come here.

That is awesome news!!! Thank you so much for coming back and giving us and update. So many times when folks get their SVR they are done and want to put it - us all behind them.

And thanks for letting us celebrate with you! It's good to hear you feel wonderful and have no long term problems from the treatment. I bet you'll keep the cirrhosis at bay as well. I admire you for being able to move on and continue school as well.

Cheers and Happy hepc-free living! Smile
