I would say that you need to talk to her and let her know how you are feeling. A true friend will be honest and tell you the truth. You never know she may have things going on that is preventing her being able to hang out with you.
If it is worth having, it is worth fighting for.

well said lovesbp 'communication' always the key to every problem, talk it through, it does sound that your a bit low in self esteam from what/how you write, how do YOU feel about yourself?
if it isnt broken, dont fix it
