Lemon Pie

1 tub of Crystal Light Lemonade (only small amount that would be used to make 1 pitcher full)

1 small package of sugar free instant pudding (Lemon flavored)

1 & 3/4 skim milk

8 oz Sugar Free Cool Whip

Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Crust

1. Mix crystal light and sugar free instant pudding. (It's important to blend the dry ingredients before you add the wet ingredients to avoid lumps and clumping). Add the dry ingredients to the milk and whisk until smooth.

2. Fold in (thawed) 8 oz Sugar Free Cool Whip. Mix until light and fluffy.

3. Pour into reduced fat graham cracker crust and chill for 45 minutes. Enjoy with additional Sugar Free Whipped Cream on top if desired.

***Yields One Pie***

The only thing that stands between a man and what he wants from life is often merely the will to try it and the faith to believe that it is possible.
