i got problem with a split disc hernia for 6 years, it hurt 24/7 and no pills are helping, during those 6 years i did some depression, alot of fatigue, depress and could be suacidal sometime because i want the pain to stop and no doctor seems to care to help me , its been 4years that i'm waiting for shot in my back and still no call, i need help how i could reduce the pain or even cure it without an operation, please help me, thank you.
