Last night I noticed the area above my knee feels hot in my mind at least. Really odd and I never experienced this before. Today it's the same thing, I don't think it ever stopped. I'm not sure what it could be at this point or if it's something I don't have to worry about. Any basic advice would help me greatly. Decides that, I don't really have any other symptoms.

My diet...well there really isn't one at the moment and I don't exercise but I do feel fine decides that.

Hey there, Smak.

Is it one leg or both?

Is the spot red or rough?

What do you feel if you touch it, is the sensation more intense? Do you feel the spot hotter when you touch it?

Do you think it can be a skin condition, like a rash or something?

It's only my left leg. My leg looks fine, and when I do touch it, it doesn't feel hot at all, feels the same as the other leg. I have no cuts or rash on my leg. I notice it more when material is touching my skin, pants or blanket. I don't think it's a skin condition but rather worried it could be do to blood not circulating correctly, but if that was the case I would think it more to be in my toes. The discomfort maybe more like a numbness as well as feeling hot. It's so hard to discribe, it doesn't hurt, I'm just worried this is a sign something could be going wrong. Just hit 30 this year... Thanks for the reply.
