MDJunction to me

"MDJunction to me is somewhere i feel safe i feel i can be myself and not be judged. I love the fact that i get to see that im not alone in what i am going through and i also get the chance to help others on their journey through guidance and communication.
I would truly be lost without MDJunction... to me its my savior, my personal place to go where i don’t feel so alone anymore in the world.

Hi, I am 14 and my good friend just told me that she was bipolar. I had no idea and now I don't know to react or help. Any ideas?

just act the way u did before...and when she needs someone jsut be there for her. THat's all I wanted when I told my closest friends I still haven't told some...it's a hard thing for her to deal with especially alone but now that you know u can be an extra support system for her an outlet someone she can confide in just like she probably has done before. She's no different than she was before right? Just offer her a shoulder to cry on and an ear when she's down. And always remember to be there for her that's the most important thing at least it was for me....I hope it helps some
