Ehealth insurance gives you free quotes (you don't have to "sign up" or "register" to get them either) from all sorts of different carriers.

If nothing more at least you'll get a list of providers that you or your wife can call.

You could also work backward, contact her doctor and ask what insurance plans they accept, then call those companies to get quotes.
