Hi iam 24 yrs male....these r My Lab results

Serum ferritin 27.00 (21.81-274.66)

Iron 87.99 ( 59-158)

TIBC 294.20 (228-428)

free t3 3.09 (1.7-4.2)

free t4 1.03 (0.70-1.80)

Total t3 144 (60-200)

total t4 9.40 (4.5-12.0)

tsh 2.20 (0.3-5.5)

what is the wrong with my lab relusts..does My ferritin level is low or not? Plz help me
