Hi all, I just wanted to find out how best to deal wit her depression.

My boyfriends mother is going thru a pretty bad spell of depression, all things trigger off negativity in her and at some point i heard her almost begging God to take her.

These are her general symptomshe is exp loss of memory ,or memory lapse, confusion, fear, unsettled, hallucinations, severe pain not headache as such but deep seated pain in head says cold sharp pain, occurs in short spasms, shaky, discordant behavior here and there.

So basically te family has no idea how to help her, everyone is treading on egg shells around her and don't know whats the right thing or wrong thing to say about anything.

Im not sure I have all the information, but I feel from this forum, there is more help and support that can come from people having their own experiences with the same thing.

They are doing brain scans now... No one really is sure how to handle this.

All you can do to help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks all!!!
