Honey I may not have had it physically happen to me but it has happened to my husband. He tends to withdraw from all of us and says we do not understand....here is the thing. I did all too well. Honey look you got us all here to talk to. From my hubby's end he said he feels alone and scared. Never knowing of what will happen next and when things flare up the only diff is he refuses to do it all again because he's tired of spinal taps to test the fluid and that d@m test withe the needles and electric. I wanted to share how it felt and had them do it once on my arm. Not fun.

You just stick to it though and keep trying to get better cause if you don't it can get worse. So keep fighting.

Point is just cause you are enduring and your family may be driving you nuts over daunting over you its because they feel just as helpless as you may feel. Reality is you have more power over it all then they do because you are the one fighting back. All they can offer are hugs and tears, love and listening and yes even the P.I.T.A. what do you need can I get you this or do that for you?

You ought to figure out what you are good at expressing yourself with. Song, poetry, drawing if you can, etc and express to them how you feel and what comes from your heart, it will been seen and heard tremendously. It will give you a stress release and also help the see what you are trying to say. Hey you know there is money in writing books? Why not write a POV from a young girls age on having GB??? I would read itWink You aren't alone you may feel that way, but do not be afraid to let your gaurd down and at least try to relate to one person close to you. It can bring you closer and in the long run helps a ton. HUGS

It often takes a breathe at a time to get through a day, next step a moment then an hour then hours then a day at a time..point is baby steps lead to big recoveries just gotta start taken them:)
