Hi Im Lynn and i am 18 and i have GERD. i just found out today that i have it and looking online i can see why with the kinds i've eaten. im starting to eat better but i had a mental breakdown at the store last week because i didn't know what to buy that would help anything that has been going wrong with me lately. hopefully i'll be able to get better at it.

Just checking on you to see how you are doing. Have you found any foods/recipes that you can eat that don't trigger the GERD? When you get a chance just let us know how you are doing and if there is anything we can do to help.
