Whenever I request for my medical records relating to my birth, depending how long it takes for the hospital to gather up the information, but when the hospital called me to pick up my records, I took the papers out of a sealed folder, and looked at the documents back at home. I noticed that some pages are blacken out relating to my birth. On some documents it appears as though someone had purposly blacken out certain document text, with a freash magic marker? Sould this be any concern to me?
