We have a family bed sleeping situation...my pup has always been my protector and sleeps above my head and recently my partners pup has taken to falling asleep in between us. Our love life had been put on hold for a bit as I'm going through deep therapy for past issues but its suddenly back and we don't know how to correct the pattern. We try to steal away and leave them out of the room...this is where you may laugh...but they whine and cry breaking the moment. We have tried soothing music (for them in another room)...we were going to just leave the door open once and the big pup jumped up on the bed to look out the window (her favorite spot) moment broken. We don't have a fenced yard to put them outside and live in the wilderness so that isn't an option. If you aren't laughing too hard and have a suggestion in all ears! Tonia |
