MDJunction to me

MissNikkiAnn"When you have an illness with the name "Non-Familial Dysautonomia" (a name that most people, and even doctors, have never heard of), you need a network
of people who understand the name and the symptoms/issues that come with it.
MDJunction led me to that network of people during a very confusing and sickly time. For this I am thankful. And for this reason I try my best to give back to other members the same care and help that I received through MDJunction.

We have a family bed sleeping situation...my pup has always been my protector and sleeps above my head and recently my partners pup has taken to falling asleep in between us.

Our love life had been put on hold for a bit as I'm going through deep therapy for past issues but its suddenly back and we don't know how to correct the pattern. We try to steal away and leave them out of the room...this is where you may laugh...but they whine and cry breaking the moment. We have tried soothing music (for them in another room)...we were going to just leave the door open once and the big pup jumped up on the bed to look out the window (her favorite spot) moment broken. We don't have a fenced yard to put them outside and live in the wilderness so that isn't an option.

If you aren't laughing too hard and have a suggestion in all ears!

We have wild animals outside that would eat them so we can't to that...we live in the middle of a national forrest with mountain lions, bobcats, fisher cats and bears.

Maybe we could put them in the car! Lol!

Make them a nice bed somewhere outside the bedroom...then give them a treat. Then run for the bedroom. It won't be long before they associate the bed and treat as time alone for their mommies.
