Hello, I'm new here to the Gastritis group. I was just diagnosed with it last week after my gastro did a upper scope because i was complaining of feeling full all the time, belching, no appetite and other bothersome symptoms.

I also have crohns as well and I thought it was related to my crohn's directly. So, I am hoping i can find and help give others support because its tough when you know you haven't eaten anything but you feel like you've eat a lot and its frustrating.

I dont have a specific diet for gastritis. I just follow what i am doing for crohns which is basically a low residue type diet elimination most spicy foods and leafy and raw veggies. Hope this helps.

David,
