Swimming is an ecellent choice,. If you use a gym pool, I would always to my work out then hit the spa to heat the muscles that were exercised andthat way I did not cramp so much later on when the muscles contracted back. Cappy

I love mash potatoes- Had have severe pain and major thrown itish. Mostly have that problem with acid issues not under control or under severe stress. Believe me, if you don't like to read get a magazine to look at pictures to slow bowel issues down to limit other bowel issues from happening more often. (hemroids). This helps with the discomfort and also keeps you focus on other things besides the pain or discomfort you may be in already. IBS causes this type of pain and more. Should look up the symptoms and see if there is another issue you may or may not be dealing with.
