Just to let you all know, I am now a Group Leader on another forum within MD Junction too - the forum deals with Self Esteem and Positive Thinking, people who feel down or depressed or just needing a lift, to feel better about themselves etc. There is a lot of parallels with the two forums, I know in my case, when I was so overweight, I had no self esteem left and my self confidence had dropped so low, I was scared to go outside most of the time.
