Need advise on dry vitimin D, Can this be opened and put in with applesauce? How do you take a capsule after bypass.The vitimin D was bought online.It contains powder inside the capsule,

mem3351	You're ok taking capsules after surgery. I take 3 capsules included in my medications and have taken then from day 1 after surgery, so there are no contradictions in taking them. The only capsule medication you have some issues with sometimes is the long acting, slow release one's, when sometimes after sirgery, your increased tummy acid will burn it up too quickly, and they don't last as long as you hope. But again, you can take some medication to counter act that, which I do
