Why wear a ribbon?

You're welcome. I hope you are able to find some things that work for her. I am sure you will have to do a lot of experimenting. I saw an article in the paper here a few months ago about a local girl who had celiac's disease (not sure I spelled that right). Anyway she had trouble finding bread that she could eat so she made it her science fair project to come up with a nutritionally similar bread that she can eat. I think she went to the highest level her age group could with that project. Of course they didn't print her recipe in the newspaper and she may be thinking of marketing her work later on. I am pretty sure hers wouldn't work for your sister since it probably has corn in it, but experiments may help you find something that works well for your sister. If I had known we would have this board I would have saved the article, but of course I didn't. Hopefully your experiments will be just as successful and you will come up with some things your sister will like and be able to eat often.

I am so glad you were able to find something that she can have (especially something she likes!).
