Hi,

I took the York Test 3 years ago which was a life-saver. On bad days, I was too weak to walk around the block. It turned out I have severe allergies to egg white and yolk, cow's milk, yeast, almonds and garlic. I have moderate reactions to corn, soy, tomato, wheat, hazelnut and coffee.

I felt bad enough to go to the effort of avoiding these for several months, recovered my health and am able to eat some corn, tomato and wheat if I don't overdo them.

Different foods produce different symptoms--eggs give me cardiac symptoms many hours later. Soy makes me itch. Dairy makes me bloat. Something or combination gives me a deep hacking cough in the morning which usually goes away after breakfast. I think tomatoes are what makes my feet burn at night..

Does anyone else have a hacking cough that they've figured out the food which caused it?

Thanks, Mandomama
