Hi just wanted to introduce myself. I was diagnosed about 5 years ago but suspect i had lupus a long time before. Was almost diagnosed with ms or motor neurone disease before they discovered I had lupus.

Suffered many miscarriages, inflammatory arthritis, cytopenia, pleurisy, extreme fatigue, etc, before finally being diagnosed.

Just recently they discovered I have low cortisol which impacts massively on my energy levels or should I say lack thereof. Does anyone else here have low cortisol levels?

Welcome to the group! I'm not sure if I have low cortisol or not. How do they check for this? Is it a blood test?

I'm an Advocate

It is a blood test and I know I have had mine checked and so far my results have been normal. Actually I can't remember if they did that by blood test or by a 24 hour urine test. I think when we start having all these issues with fatigue they are pretty thorough trying to figure out why.
