Hi 12kayjaibec and chloe22. I don't have that much weight I need to lose, but I would like to increase my fitness level some. I was an avid athlete in my 20's and 30's but things slowly started to wane in my 40's. Now, I do the bare min. most days - 20 minutes of light to moderate cardio usually on a stationary bicycle. I would like to get back up to 40 minutes daily at a moderate intensity and start back with some light weight training. I was also big into amateur bodybuilding in my 20's and 30...

I think as I work on the physical part, the mental part will follow. I feel empowered after I work out and accomplish these goals. I started a calorie counting plan last year and lost 20 lbs. but nobody was encouraging me or holding me accountable so when I left for coll...

Hi! DanikaM. I love pre-summer workouts, so for me exercise wise I run a speed mile every other morning MWF. (help tone my legs and get rid of some extra holiday weight). Tuesday I do a sprint workout I stole from my college soccer coach, and Thursdays I work on toning my upper body pushups, and leg raises, squats and lifting weights to tone up my arms and shoulders. Food wise I have an Isagenix shake in the morning to help with my recovery and give me the energy I need to go through the rest ...

You then lift with your lower back, quads and glutes as you turn to put the dirt in a wheel barrow or whatever your using. Your shoulders contract and you would then twist through your trunk using your obliques. Your core muscle would also be engaged to...

I guess she said people were saying great things about it. Not sure what that one was called though. My mom has problems with her veins and lots of cardio makes them hurt she says but she was willing to try a trampoline. Hopefully she gets one because they look like lots of fun. Now I'm wondering if this is a good excuse to buy a bounce house haha. It would...
