to start out i was having leg pain on a regular basis, during the time i was riding a bike 1/2 a mile a day and climbing at least 5 flights of stairs regularly , but I've acquired a new pain in my lower back and hip region. i've been a graduated high school senior for less than a month and i start detasseling in July. i don't know how or what i did to cause this new pain to appear, and i would really like it to go away. so i would like to know what kind of activity could cause this new pain to appear.if its some thing i did maybe i can change it. i am not currently diagnosed with fibro or arthritis( and since my mom lost her job its not likely ill be diagnosed any time soon). i'm looking for anything that might help me feel better. the pain is not a daily thing, it comes and goes, but i cant just sit down and wait for it to go.

I haven't found much to relieve the pain except a hot bath or heating pad when I am in pain or taking an Aleve seems to help me. I just started doing exercise 30 minutes a day which my doctor tells me will reduce the pain. Hopefully some of these work for you!
