I feel so vulnerable in the world without others who understand me, but MDJ offers a safe haven for me. It inspires me to be a better person, a healthier person. Thank you MDJ (candjdog)

hey

im 16 years old and have pretty average life. i have friends a boyfriend and get on fine at school. i have OCD but cope with it fine and it doesnt really make a difference to my daily feelings. Recently i have got sudden depresion (comes on in like 30 seconds) whenever someone metions anything i could possibl get worried about or jealous of. i go into this dreadful mood and feel like everyone is against me, however much i try i can never get out of it. Also my OCD has not been so prominant and i havnt done things i used to have to do.

does anyone have any ideas.

please

xxx

my best suggestion would be to off set the depression by doing things you like to do(hobbies, sports, etc). that's what i do..but im not a doctor and this suggestion dose not work for every one.
