I didn't get the job I applied for today, but that turned out to be a good thing. I never would have been able to do it- it was up and down six flights of stairs- I went up and down them twice today while I was there and I'm achy and stiff already! LOL!

Oh well, onward and upward (a punny!) Now I'll just look for any job and it won't matter about my scripts. They never would have approved me being on them there because of the machinery.

I'm still going to continue to see how I do without them, though. However, I was sore enough from the day that I confess to taking two vicodin!

Thanks to everyone who sent me their prayers and good wishes for the job. I know God has a job out there for me with my name on it, all I have to do is find it Smile

I am sorry to hear that you did not get the job, but believe that it was a blessing. Six flights of stairs!!! I shudder just thinking about that on a daily basis!!! I do believe there is a better one out there for you. Smile

Thanks, Carla! But guess what? God really did have a plan for me- and a much better job, too! LOL! Frank decided to hire me on full time! Yay! It's a MUCH easier job without stairs! LOL!

I just think it's pretty funny that that worked out so fast. Because to be honest, the only thing that upset me about not getting the job yesterday was that I've gotten every job I've ever set out to get! That one, however, was obviously not for me. And since I got this one so quickly, I'm going to claim my record as unbroken Wink
