I have been on both Lexapro and ultram and when my insurance changed and I was getting drugs by mail the pharmacy wanted to get an ok from my doctor about the possibility of a seizure. Since I had been on both for a while and didn't have a problem they ok'd it. I never had seizure problems but definately something to check out
