What don't I take?.... colostrum, probiotics, flaxseed, fish oil, magnesium, a very good multi-pack vitamin. I pop more vitamens than pills but I can't say if any of them are helping the fibro.

same here, meleggs....I don't think my vitamins and supplements are hurting me, but I'm not sure they are helping either...and they cost a small fortune! It's very discouraging....I keep hoping to find the "all-natural" magic bullet that will rid me of most of the symptoms or at least give me some pain relief and fewer flares. But I keep on hoping and waiting and trying to keep an open mind, and I'm willing to try anything new as long as it is legal, safe, has no horrible side effects, and does not break the bank. Like many people I would love to try some of these fibro centers that have helped others, but simply do not have the money to pay for the treatments. I do love hearing of success stories and people getting good results and feeling much better, because I can always hope that SOME day there will be something out there that will help me too.

HI..... I hope no one minds .... but I would like to tell you about the lady I go see.... she is a certified food nutritionalist. She is a different type of holistic Dr... she treats with natural food supplyments rather than reamidies (forgive my spelling... its dark in hear...also 4:13 am and don't want to get the dictionary our....lol)

anyway...She does testing to see what your body is doing and she askes tons of questions..... then she treats the things in your body one at a time.. like she says that a lot of people especially at my age say the have heartburn... when in fact it not that I hve to much acid in my stomach, it that I do not have enough... so she gives me a natural food supplement that promotes your stomach to make more acid..... well you know what after 10 yrs of having terrible heartburn and being sick to my stomach terribly for the last 2yrs..... it is all most gone....... HUH?????

I am on a some oil table that is suppost to dialate your blood vessel, and it does other thingss, well my headaches are all most gone and my high blood pressure is now under control, and i have spent most of the last 20 yrs trying to control it with conventional medications..

If any one would like ..... PM me and I will type out a list of the supplyments I am on and why.... I have a good friend he is a farrier and he had bad skin cancer, and he went to the leading cancer center here and had the operation and had it removed..... But then they told him he would have to come in ASAP like start today, to have chemo treatments and he said no... if the cance does not get me the chemo will. So he refused the treatment and the cancer center told him he had no more that 3 months to live... so get is stuff in order....

Well 6 months later he went in and had there complete check up to see what was going on with the cance...... .... oh yes... there was no sign of it.... they could not believe it..... Now just a few weeks about he went in for his one (1) yr check and again.... no cancer...

And his treatment for the cancer was "Mary" my food nutritionalist.... she treated him.....

This is the Gods Honest Truth..... I know these people and saw it with my own two eye....

And not only was Steve helped, but I have been helped, not to the extent that Steve was, but I have only just lately started doing everything that she said I needed to do.....

Craig

redundant- get a Good Multi- like from the healthfood store- better in a powder capsule. Most of us have digestive problems. The regular ones like from the drug store are crap. Try one that is easy to digest. I used to have problems taking the others but a good one is now very easy for me to take.
