I had my doctor's appointment yesterday & I'm still taking the Low Dose Naltrexone.

He looked at my cat scan & since it doesn't show any herniated discs, he gave me the okay to start Aquatic exercise/Fitness program. So, looks like I'll be joining the Y next week.

He still would have liked me to have the mri's, I go see the MS specialist next month. I'll see if he can get the approval put through.

So all in all I believe this new med is helping me. My fatigue & pain are less. I asked the doctor why he prescribed it to me anyway, just out of curiosity because he never really did tell me. He said he is finding it help patients with: MS, Transverse Myelitis, CFS, & Fibro.

So anybody out there who sees a Psyiatrist (pain doc), you may want to give it a try & see if the doc will write you a scrip for it.

I'm trying to go off my Lyrica, I told him I cut it last SAaturday from 300mg to 150mg & he gave me some 75mg samples, I'll see what happens.

That's it for now.

Joanne
