Pamela...it was a great class! I fully expected to walk in there to hear 'do this' or 'do that' and you'll be fine, but she was realistic, logical, admits that sometimes we have flares seemingly without reason and to top it off, she HAS fibro. She knows what it's like and what it does.

Another thing to keep in mind is that a flare can be a couple minutes to a couple weeks. There is no set limit defining them.
