These are what I take

I take them because like FMS my condition is made worse by inflammation.

Having the natural optimal amount of anti inflammatory agents, drinking a natural anti inflammatory as your main beverage and eating an anti inflammatory diet means that every possible angle is covered and your pain levels will be reduced, as mine are now.

One of the most important papers on Vitamin d that has been published recently is this one. Even if you find the text difficult to understand the figures 1 and 2 show firstly what happens to your circulating 25(OH)D level and your stored vitamin D3 reserves given ample sun exposure as we would naturally have evolved to deal with. The second plot shows the plots achieved when Vitamin D3 (6400iu/daily) was supplemented to lactating mothers (in order to maximise Vitamin d3 levels in breast milk)

Achieving a natural 25(OH)D status that would enable breast milk to flow replete with vitamin d should be the right/duty of any/every woman. The fact that this is also the level associated with the lowest rate of cancer and heart disease should encourage everyone to aim for optimal Vitamin D3 status.
