So I was curious to see who here has tried mineral wraps for FMS. I have one scheduled for next Friday, and am kind of wondering what I can expect, if it will help even if I have to have more than one...? I'm really anxious about it and am hoping I get some relief from it!

Advice Anyone?

Hi Suzee,

The mineral wrap was fun! It was very interesting, but it works! The past 2 weeks before my wrap I was having horrible pain in my knees and hips and so far I've had minimal to no pain depending on my activities of the day. I will for sure be getting more of them! The main purpose of the wraps are actually to lose body inches (BONUS!) I lost 3/4 of a lb in one hour and 5" total.

I would recommend anyone with fibro to at least try it once. You can read more about the wrap I got at: www.suddenlyslender.com
