MDJunction to me

"All I can say is that this has been the best place ever. It has been six to seven months since I joined, and I have learned so much. I now believe in myself and accept myself on a completely different level. The people on MDJunction has been so supportive and accepting that I have been able to adopt it into my personal life. That has reduced a lot of stress in my life. Thanks to all." (bunny_fly)

Hey wildfire. I have never heard of Zegrid before. Nexium stopped working for me so they are making me have another endoscopy done next week.

I asked about that pain you get because sometimes I get one where the side of my throat hurts like it is being pulled, strained. An undescribable feeling that is really bothersome that is not related to acid.

Wildfire,

I might know what you are talking about, I was explaining to my pain guy that sometimes it feels like a rubber band has snapped. He said exactly, allot of my fibro patients say that. Ok, time to stick a steriod shot in there.

Iggghhh No shots haha Ok I was just wondering if it was normal.

Coffeebean Zegrid is really good and you usually only need to take it a few days before its completely better. Nexium never worked for me and it gave me migraine headaches I didn't like it at all. Ask for the Zegrid though its a powder you drink with 3 tblspns of water it doesnt taste too bad and it works very well. I should be in a Zegrid commercial huh? LOL

I get this feeling from acid reflux also. I take prilosec and that helps me. My sister also had the choking feeling, tight muscles and said she felt like she was having a heart attack from the constrictions in her chest. She went to the dr. and he told her it is acid reflux, and put her on meds until she can have a scope done to see what the problem is. Prilosec doesn't help so he put her on something else until the scope.
