Does anyone ever feel like the muscles in their neck is so tense that your choking? It's not pain its just really really tight and annoying. Mine goes all the way up in my face to the bottome of my neck. It is very annoying

 Yes, my dr. put me on Verapamil. H e said the MRI showed constricted blood vessels in my neck. If I were you I would get that checked asap. I have a high risk for heart attack or stroke since I was pregnant for my first child. I have o+ blood that carries a lupus gene and I guess since I carried a child my blood decided to thicken.

 I have a feeling like there's maybe something stuck in my throat or like there's a glob or ball of something...but not really like I'm choking!

Or maybe...well, I don't know...

 Libajo - that would be the one I am referring. Also makes you clear your throat alot. I am diagnosed with GERD.

I do have GERD & take Aciphex twice a day for it. Darn, that stuff is expensive too! I've been on it about 2 1/2 yrs.

 No its not that it just like the muscles that run along the side of your neck just tighten. I dont know how to describe it. okay imagine those muscles are cables and they are pulled so tight it feels like they are going to snap thats about how it feels. Its not the lump in the throat I always got that even before fibro. that hurts. It feels like you forgot how to swallow lol. But thats not what i am talking about.

 For my Gerd I take Zegrid that is the best stuff ever. I tried everything before that and nothing worked. Zegrid was a god send.
