I had my Psychiatrist appointment on Thursday & let him know that I finished tapering. He asked how it was going & I course I said horrible I can not make one movement with my body without being zapped to death. I had told him about joining this forum & he thought it was a good idea & I told him about one of my friends here suggesting I take my anti anxiety meds to help with the withdrawl - he seem very impressed & asked it it was helping. I told him yes, somewhat but I feel like Paxil withdrawal all over again. I also told him about my having strange dreams,nightmares, screaming in me sleep, etc.... I think he said the Temazepam I take might only put me to stage 2 sleep & to take 2 of my xanax at bedtime also. I said how about I just try 1 to start & see if that works. So far so good for 2 nights anyway. He put my Lamictal back down to 100 from 150 for the time being & I go back in a month. That's all Folks! or that I can remember anyway Sweet dreams |
