Here is a very interesting Time article for those who have found MJ helps them. It seems Califonia is look seriously at legalizing it and the feds are backing off and letting them.

Yay! California brownies! Yep, we have some genius here who figured out they can tax the dickens out of it and solve our budgetary problems Smile

I haven't read the article, yet, but I do have a question for the people who really do enjoy their brownies here. Having had a brownie or two back in the day, of course.

I can see where it would help with pain. I can see where it would help with sleep. I cannot begin to imagine what effect it has on fibro fog. I'm so stupid already on any given day, the last thing in the world I need is to enhance THAT particular fm symptom.

How do you guys deal?

Dear Tina,

Although I haven't tried a special brownie or smoked any whacky tobaccy in a long time, I think that the fibro fog, Oh! look at the pretty birdie,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, oopss back to the whatever I was talking about.. Who moves? You just sit there smoking the stuff with a big chite arsed grin on your face laughing. No fog

cause you're off in a world of your own.

Love,

ROFLMAO! Jan, I love your little ducky because you quack me up! Always!

I'm still feeling the effects of those brownies you gave me yesterday! Those were the greenest brownies, lol! I've never seen brownies that green- not even on St. Patrick's Day!

the feds are backing off all over the country. Finally. The states will be more likely to legalize now that the feds can't come in and post their flag. Many states have enough backing (like CO) to legalize. I hope they do now that the feds are stepping back.

"The Mystery of Pain" -Emily Dickinson-
Pain has an element of blank;
It cannot recollect
When it began, or if there were
A day when it was not.

It has no future but itself,
Its infinite realms contain
Its past, enlightened to perceive
New periods of pain.

In CA, I can't remember exactly who started it, they want to legalize it and tax it at 50 bucks and ounce. Goodbye deficit.

Hey, Cornbread, I like your new pic. It's intense.

That would make me sooo happy. Florida will be like the last state to go for it I'm sure...

I don't know how much it helps pain. It made me feel better for like 20 or 30 mins (true I probably didn't have enough) so would you have to puff constantly?

But yea, I'm with whoever mentioned fog...lol god forbid that get worse!

Meds:
Geodon 160mgs daily
Tegratol 300mgs daily
Klonopin 1-2mgs prn
Synthroid .100mcg daily
Protonix 20mg daily
Hydrocodone 5/350mg prn

When I told my hubby about it he asked me if I wanted to plant a garden this year! I told him it will be a cold day you know where when MS allows that.
