I take Gabapentin/Neurontin 2700mg a day and I just started taking Topamax,right now I am at 50mg a day working towards the 100mg's my neuro wants me on. I had some sleepy, dizzy side effects from the Gabapentin when I first started but that went away after about 2 weeks now I have no side effects. I can't take Lyrica,due to some really horrific side effects for me, so I'll stick with the Neurontin. May the sun bring you new energies by day,
