This site is very interesting. Some of the meds they recommend taking I cannot use to due to allergies but hopefully they help others. I personally as a retired nurse would check with my physician before taking any new medications, even the ones that are over the counter. I did like that the people who host the site mske it very clear that they are not soing this for money. Walk in beauty and peace everyday. May the sun bring you new energies by day,
