MDJunction to me

"All I can say is that this has been the best place ever. It has been six to seven months since I joined, and I have learned so much. I now believe in myself and accept myself on a completely different level. The people on MDJunction has been so supportive and accepting that I have been able to adopt it into my personal life. That has reduced a lot of stress in my life. Thanks to all." (bunny_fly)

Oh that's funny, i needed a chuckel. I have taken BC powders and they help some on certain days but i don't like taking them too often.

There,s no shame in needing the meds. I have tried it both ways, I hate taking daily meds but I have to consider "quality of life".

If I dont take meds Im in way too much pain. I would spend my day crying. There is no shame in taking meds when you need them. Why suffer when relief is possible or at least pain lessened.
I have dystonia, neuropathy, gerd, arthritis, and fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel and other ailments. I enjoy embroidery, music, and reading my Bible and Christian books. I love to bake. I try to be very supportive and positive.

I totally agee with singingangel and TeainTN. I would not make it through a day with out my meds. There's nothing wrong or "addictive" about needing meds every day.
May the sun bring you new energies by day,
May the moon softly restore you by night ,
May the rain wash away any worries you may have,
And the breeze blow new strength into your being,
And then, all the days of your life,
May you walk gently through the world, and know it’s beauty and yours.
