Hl... I have done the meds thing for the neck and shoulders... but the best things that has worked for me is accupuncher and magnetic therapy....... I use 900baun I think that is the power name for it... but they really help my neck..... my acupuncherist, does wonders..... they I have it massaged.... and the pain goes back from a 9.5 to a 3...and will stay that way for about 3 weeks..sometimes longer.....but not usually If your interested in a good supplier of good theraputic magnets.....
