Amen! Do you all think that if I lived under a cloud and spend my whole life complaining that I would really be one of the happiest, most cheerful people on the planet?!?! Oh, and thanks for the assurance that I am not stark raving mad! It feels good to know that not everyone thinks I'm crazy. And the pain I'm in today is just more evidence that this is real! Lots of love to you all!

Thank you Roy, I did a little further research, and the author of these articles, there are two that are similar, is ALEX BERENSON. Of the five articles he/she has written that have the word fibromyalgia in them, only these two are negative. The first three, which deal with Jazz Phamesuiticals, only list fibromyalgia as "a pain disorder". Now we all know that fibro is a syndrome not a dissorder, so he/she seems to have the facts wrong to beging with. Writing to this twit, is likely to be counterproductive, but writing to the NY Times Editor might just be a good idea.

I found the following contact info:

PUBLIC EDITOR To reach Clark Hoyt, who represents the readers, e-mail public@nytimes.com or call (212) 556-7652.

Rather than dwell on this and let it stand, I think a counterpoint is in order. Who is up to a well researched and thoughtful counterpoint?

Pixie

P.S.

Here is the web address for the Times listing contact information.

Cute suzee, very cute I can point too, what I can't seem to do is think on a regular basis.

I just don't have any attention span at all anymore, well not that I had much before but...well you know what I mean!

Pixie,

Thanks for your research information. I am all about be heard by presenting a counter argument. I don't know if anyone will listen, but I am going to give it a try. As I often tell my students, one sure fire way of never be heard, is to never speak up. I want our "very real pain" to be known.

Much love to you all,

Mochajava

What a bunch of rash, moronic, judgemental, condesending, imbecilic and irresponsible piece of trash.

Just because they don't know what to do with us, the medical profession says that it's imaginary???

I am just FURIOUS!!!!!

DO THEY THINK THAT WE ARE UNEDUCATED IDIOTS THAT HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN COMPLAIN!!! I'M SURE THAT WE CAN SHOW THEM THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PAIN AND COMPLAIN IF GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY.
