I will try my library for that one. The books that saved me at the beginning of my battle were by Miryam Ehrlich Williams called The Fibromyalgia Relief Book and Fibromyalgia: a comprehensive approach. I found her on the internet and she had some treatments that got me started on the road to recovery, without doctor's(rheumatologist) help. I am disgusted with doctor's. One told me that I had somatoform pain. Another said, "why do you want to have fibromyalgia?" I showed him all the symptoms I had and said that they were in all the fibro books I read that was why I felt I had fibro, plus my mother has it. And he answered with,"well they aren't in my book and we don't feel it is hereditary". If anyone wants to know what I have found to help me naturally let me know! Hugs, Karen |
